When does healing take place?

Mark 11:24:

Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Answer:

Notice that the sequence is the request is first, believing second, and receiving third. You usually must first truly believe you have it and thank God for it before you get it.

Remember also that a miracle is INSTANT and a healing isn’t always a miracle so a healing isn’t always instantly manifested. Could it be that our belief is tested by a short delay before the healing is manifested?
